June 20 Ribadesella to Villaviciosa 24 miles

Started earlier this morning after a breakfast of pancakes for Craig and tostada with tomato and cheese for me.  Beautiful weather and scenery. The usual array of hills and hills but we did fine, walking when we needed to.  

And a lovely corner room with a view for 35 Euros at Hotel Casa Espana. There are quite a few cycling pilgrims in this town as well as the walking kind.  We took long siestas this afternoon and then strolled the town. At 10:30 we are still waiting for darkness to fall on this longest day of the year.  Happy solstice.  Let there be light! 

Dinner-the ubiquitous French fries- but no ketchup in sight!
